From the South.
Exit the M11 at junction 11 and turn right towards Cambridge. Continue for 4 miles until you come to 2 mini roundabouts. Go straight over the first and right at the second. Go straight over the next set of traffic lights and turn left after 50 yards. This is Regent Terrace. We are number 7.

From the North.
Exit the M11 at junction 12 and turn left towards Cambridge. Continue to the bottom of Barton Rd. It now dog-legs into Queens Rd. Continue until you come to a roundabout and turn right (Fen Causeway). Go to the end, there are 2 mini roundabouts, turn left at the first and right at the second (Lensfield Rd). Go straight over the next set of traffic lights and turn left after 50 yards. This is Regent Terrace. We are number 7.

By Rail
Trains from King’s Cross and Liverpool St run every 30 minutes to and from Cambridge. There is a good taxi service from the station and should cost no more than £3.00. The Guest House is no more than 1/4 mile.

Stansted Airport is reached via junction 8 of the M11 (see “by road from the South”) and not more than 35 minutes away.
Cambridge Airport is 10 minutes away.
