Well located with respect to the city and the train station. Despite being in the city, it overlooks Parkers piece - so plenty of greenery and is quiet. Has free wifi, is clean has a pleasant decor. |

I recently went on a trip to Cambridge University to learn some new techniques. I stayed in room number 6 on the second floor of Regency guest house. A nice cosy single room with good facilities and right next door to the shower room and toilet. TV was wall mounted, bed was very comfortable with everything clean and tidy. View wasn't amazing, but who wants to stay inside when the sun is out? Breakfast was very nice and friendly (nice touch with classic FM on in background!). Wall mounted TV and free WIFI was excellent! Self check in service- very well set up. Excellent location! |

Staying two nights, I was in town to start a new job and needed a place to stay until my flat was ready. The hotel was perfect, ideal location and very friendly. Fran was absolutely a love, letting me store my luggage after I checked out and even offered a couple extra nights if the signing did not go as planned. I plan to recommend Regency House to all of my future visitors in Cambridge. |

We were visiting some friends at the university and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of regency house. Although we didn't see a member of staff during the whole stay (keys were left on the side when we arrived), the rooms were exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed. We found two shared bathrooms so never needed to queue. I would definitely recommend it to others, especially at the bargain price. |

We stayed four days. We only sleep, took a shower, had breakfast and came back at the hotel in the evening. It was nice to watch a bit of TV in the room before going to bed. The staff gave us brochures and wonderful information about the city. It was very clean, the staff were amazingly friendly and offered a lot of useful information, the hotel is very good located. It has a nice view on a park and it is a quiet neighbourhood. |
